Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
